The first dates for the next Positive Horsemanship course are now available. The weekend of 2nd-3rd May is available so I am looking for some feedback for which course to hold. We have 2 votes so far for Pony Power but the course content will be decided according to the majority interest.

You can bring along your own horse or we can have horses available that you can work with for the two days.

If you are bringing a horse you will need to bring electric fencing to section of a paddock area in adjoining fields. Please also bring water buckets so you can provide water for your horses whilst they are here overnight. There are three stables available and can be allocated on a first come basis at time of booking, should your horse need to be stabled overnight. I can provide bedding at cost (Easibed) but you will need to muck out your own horse and clean stable at the end of the two days.

The Positive Horsemanship team areconstantly researching trainer's methods and equipment to add to their portfolio. These are then included on the website and promoted at events around the country.We are always delighted to hear about any ideas, new or old, that fit into our criteria.

Using a wealth of knowledge gathered over many years we help people research the various trainers, methods and the psychology behind them and make a decision about what works for them. We encourage them to think for themselves and build their own Horsemanship Programme instead of working to someone else's criteria. We constantly work towards a positive outcome for horses and their trainers.
