All natural horse care in the west of Ireland

Woke up to 3 inches of snow this morning. I had to deliver something up to a neighbour in the village about 2 miles away but didn't think it would be too safe in the car.

So I tacked up Polly, including Rhythm Beads with jingle bells to help calm her, and decided to attempt it on horseback!! 

Polly was a little apprehensive at first but soon settled down and we were soon on our way. I noticed she didn't like walking on the grassy areas that were covered in snow so we had to keep to the road. I think she could feel the grass give under her feet and this made her a bit nervous.

Made the delivery and returned home within the hour!
