Received the boots for the back feet and tried them out today and after taking me an hour to get all four boots on took him out for a walk in hand. Perfectly sound!!

Have just started (October 2007) trialing these out with Tommy (I had used the Old Mac to transition Magpie.) They are a not as easy to get on as the Old Macs but once on he seems quite comfortable and he's got smaller feet than Magpie being a thoroughbred.

Rhythm Beads help develop confidence and rhythm in both horse and rider. The beads hang around your horse's neck just above where a breast collar goes and has bells whose slight jingles calm and relax both the horse and rider and are useful for alerting both wildlife and other riders that you are approaching while you are out on a hack. The bells on the necklaces help eliminate arena and trail distractions.

I love riding bareback on Magpie but she gets a bit uncomfortable if we go on out on a long hack so I thought I would get a Torsion Endurance Saddle for those long hacks. Some of our hacks could be in the region of four hours.
It was bit strange when I first started using the saddle but Magpie seemed really happy in it and it is a lovely red colour.
